Job summary

Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to connect client business objectives with our storage SaaS platform. You will drive value realization, adoption, renewals, and client satisfaction by delivering consistent value across our solutions.

Responsibilities include onboarding plans, accurate account setup with Implementation, and ongoing account strategy. You will manage health metrics, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and travel as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles within the storage or SaaS industries.
• Experience managing relationships with key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and satisfaction.
• Strong documentation, follow-up and expectation management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Consult with client and collaborate on onboarding plans unique to each client.
• Set-up and configure customer accounts with extreme accuracy in partnership with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients on an ongoing basis and manage account customization to align with business goals.
• Utilize CRM tools to accurately track Client interactions and progress.
• Communicate overall Client health and address at-risk accounts as needed.
• Ability to travel to Client sites and company locations as required.
• Participate in virtual or in-person training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
