Job summary

Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to connect client business objectives with Storable’s product capabilities and drive value realization for key clients. You will manage relationships to drive product adoption, renewals, and overall client satisfaction.

You will consult on onboarding plans, accurately set up client accounts with Implementation, and collaborate on ongoing account strategies to align with business goals. Travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles within storage or SaaS industries.
• Deep understanding of SaaS implementations and the ability to lead operational improvement initiatives.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).
• Ability to travel as required to client sites and company locations.
• Strong documentation, follow-up, and expectation management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Consult with client and collaborate on onboarding plans unique to each client.
• Set-up and configure customer accounts with extreme accuracy as needed in partnership with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients on an ongoing basis and manage account customization to ensure alignment with their business goals.
• Utilize CRM tools to accurately track Client interactions and progress.
• Communicate overall Client health and escape at-risk accounts when necessary.
