Job summary

Storable in the United States is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to align client objectives with Storable’s SaaS platform, drive value realization, and sustain renewals. You will manage key client relationships, guide onboarding, configure accounts with Implementation, and lead discovery workshops while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles within the storage or SaaS industries.
• Experience in project management and leading discovery workshops.
• Ability to travel to client sites and company locations.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Connect Client objectives with Storable’s product capabilities to drive value realization.
• Manage relationships with key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and satisfaction.
• Consult with clients and collaborate on onboarding plans unique to each client.
• Set up and configure customer accounts with accuracy in partnership with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients and manage account customization to align with business goals.
• Utilize CRM tools to track Client interactions and progress.
• Communicate overall Client health and address at-risk accounts when necessary.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including senior management.
• Demonstrate strong documentation, follow-up, and expectation management capabilities.
• Travel to client sites and company locations as required.
• Capable of participating in virtual or in-person training sessions and meetings.
• Bonus opportunity up to 10%.
