Job summary

ContinuServe in Atlanta seeks a Senior Client Success Manager to lead client relationships across multiple accounts, especially in the restaurant vertical, ensuring service delivery aligns with all contractual obligations while safeguarding client satisfaction and long‑term value.

You will partner with C-suite executives to drive revenue growth through scalable services, oversee onboarding and transitions, coach cross‑functional teams, and regularly review performance through scorecards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 7+ years of client service or account management experience.
• Experience with global delivery/outsourcing preferred.
• Proven track record managing accounts generating $1M+ annually.
• Restaurant industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships across multiple accounts in the restaurant vertical.
• Ensure delivery of contractual obligations and KPIs.
• Monitor revenue and profitability across accounts.
• Collaborate with executives to review monthly scorecards.
• Support new client onboarding and transition.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
