Job summary

Foodsmart, a leading Foodcare platform, seeks a Client Success Director to own day-to-day client health and escalation across the client base. You will lead a team of Client Success Managers, build scalable playbooks and escalation infrastructure, and partner with Account Executive leadership to connect client health with renewal and expansion strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare services, consulting, or clinical services in a client-facing or client success role, including experience managing a team
• Experience stabilizing at-risk client relationships and driving satisfaction outcomes
• Familiarity with health plan lines of business (Medicare Advantage, Managed Medicaid, Commercial) and how contracts work
• Experience partnering with renewal and expansion strategies with commercial teams
• Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to senior stakeholders
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Own Client Success playbooks, health-scoring methodology, and escalation frameworks and evolve them as the client base grows
• Lead client health, onboarding, ongoing reporting, and renewal execution across the client base
• Act as internal escalation point for critical client issues, coordinating cross-functional leadership
• Partner with Account Executive leadership on renewal and expansion strategy and align CS insights with commercial planning
• Coordinate with Product, Clinical, Operations, and Support leadership to resolve systemic issues
• Develop and maintain client-facing utilization and performance reporting across the CS portfolio
• Improve tooling and dashboards for internal reporting
• Mentor and develop Client Success Managers and recruit as needed
