CharterUP is a remote-first company transforming the group transportation sector. The Client Solutions Partner role focuses on closing new business and growing existing accounts, balancing inbound demand with outbound prospecting, and delivering repeat bookings with urgency and precision.

You will manage a book of high-value accounts, quote accurately using proprietary technology, and maintain meticulous CRM records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or hybrid revenue experience with targets
• Proven ability to grow a book of business and drive retention
• Experience balancing inbound and outbound prospecting and account development
• Comfort navigating multi-contact organizations to identify opportunities

Responsabilités

• Hit and exceed metrics: conversion, revenue targets, and account growth
• Manage high volume inbound leads while pursuing outbound opportunities
• Create accurate quotes using the company marketplace technology
• Maintain disciplined call patterns and follow-up for velocity
• Close decisively and expand recurring relationships with high-value accounts
• Ensure CRM accuracy and post-call documentation across tools
