CharterUP is hiring a Client Solutions Partner to drive revenue from a portfolio of high-value accounts, balancing inbound demand with targeted outbound prospecting. You will own the full sales cycle, from quotes to post-trip follow-up, and build lasting relationships with customers across industries.

You’ll handle hundreds of interactions weekly, aim for repeat bookings, and help CharterUP scale a fast-growing platform with a remote-first culture and a tech hub in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles.
• Proven ability to grow a book of business and drive retention.
• Skilled in navigating multi-contact organizations and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed all sales metrics, including revenue targets and conversions.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads while pursuing outbound opportunities.
• Create accurate, tailored quotes using proprietary marketplace tech to minimize friction in bookings.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up and CRM updates across systems.
