CharterUP, LLC. is seeking a Client Solutions Partner to drive revenue through inbound and outbound sales. You will manage a book of high-value accounts, close new business, and expand recurring relationships. This remote-first role rewards speed, precision, and accountability, with a focus on speed, reliability, and customer experience.

You will own hundreds of customer interactions weekly, build your own pipeline, and work with a team that prioritizes urgency and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a book of business and drive retention.
• Proven success balancing high-volume inbound response with targeted outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed metrics: conversion, revenue targets, outbound/inbound activity.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads and drive outbound reactivation.
• Use CharterUP tools to generate accurate quotes and minimize friction in bookings.
• Maintain quoting accuracy and CRM updates across systems.
