Job summary

CharterUP is seeking a Client Solutions Partner to drive revenue by managing a portfolio of high-value accounts in a remote-first setup. You will handle hundreds of customer interactions weekly, close new business, and expand recurring revenue while protecting customer relationships and operational excellence.

You’ll quote accurately, maintain CRM discipline, and use data to optimize outcomes. You will join a fast-moving team focused on speed, reliability, and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles.
• Ability to manage and grow a book of business and drive retention.
• Experience balancing high-volume inbound with targeted outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed metrics: conversion rates, revenue targets, activity, repeat bookings, and account growth.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads while driving outbound reactivation and expansion.
• Create tailored, accurate quotes using CharterUP’s marketplace technology.
• Maintain disciplined call patterns for fast follow-up and conversion velocity.
• Close decisively, build rapport, and drive repeat business through trusted relationships.
• Ensure accurate quoting and CRM updates across Salesforce, Outreach, G-Suite and Slack.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership on post-mortems to refine tactics.
