Job summary

Trucordia is seeking an experienced client relationship leader to manage a portfolio of complex insurance accounts across Property & Health lines. You will develop comprehensive service strategies, oversee renewals, negotiations, policy audits, and claims advocacy to drive client value.

Lead internal servicing teams, cultivate trusted advisor status with executives, and stay ahead of market trends to inform advisement.

Qualifications

• At least 7–10 years in insurance account management.
• Proven leadership mentoring staff or managing junior team members.
• Strong client-facing communication and strategic consulting skills.
• Active P&C license; CIC/CRM/CPCU certifications preferred.
• Proficient in AMS360 and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead relationship manager for a portfolio of high-revenue accounts across P&C or Life & Health.
• Develop and implement comprehensive account service strategies tailored to each client's industry, risk profile, and business goals.
• Manage renewals, marketing to carriers, coverage negotiations, policy audits, and claims advocacy.
• Cultivate trusted advisor status with client executives and act as a consultative partner on risk mitigation and program structure.
• Lead internal servicing teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for cross-selling and program enhancements.
• Oversee the integrity of all account documentation in AMS360 and ensure audit readiness.
