• Strong relationships with executive clients and carrier partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of complex commercial accounts.
• Develop tailored service plans and risk management strategies.
• Lead client meetings, renewal strategy sessions, and coverage consultations.
• Collaborate with producers to present unified service and growth strategies.
• Manage renewal process from strategy to execution, including proposals and negotiations.
