Job summary

Trucordia is seeking a senior leader to serve as the chief executive advisor for major clients, guiding strategic risk management and cross-line coverage decisions. You will oversee executive-level client engagements and high-stakes negotiations, ensuring program profitability and superior service.

Your role integrates leadership of risk strategy, client development, and collaboration with carriers and internal teams to deliver bespoke insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial insurance, client advisory, and strategic risk management.
• Proven success managing large, multi-line and complex accounts at executive level.
• Deep expertise in Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines, including niche markets.
• Extensive senior carrier relationships and ability to negotiate unique coverage structures.
• Proficient in AMS360 or other agency management platforms.
• Active P&C and L&H licenses required; advanced certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead executive advisor to the firm’s most high-profile clients and large, multi-faceted accounts.
• Develop long-term strategic risk management plans supporting client goals.
• Lead board presentations, negotiations, due diligence, and enterprise risk assessments.
• Oversee multi-line programs to ensure coverage alignment across property, casualty, life & health, and specialty lines.
• Act as the final escalation point for major service or claims issues.
