Job summary

Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC seeks a seasoned Client Executive to guide our top clients through strategic risk management and complex coverage decisions in Indianapolis.

You will lead executive-level engagements, oversee multi-line programs, and collaborate with carriers and internal teams to deliver bespoke solutions while mentoring senior Client Managers. This role offers a path to influence and growth within a fast-growing, values-driven firm.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in commercial insurance and executive client advisory.
• Proven success managing large, multi-line executive accounts.
• Deep expertise in P&C and Life & Health, incl. niche markets.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and executive communication.
• AMS360 proficiency and active P&C and L&H licenses.
• Certs such as CPCU, CIC, CRM, CEBS or ARM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead executive advisor to the firm’s most high-profile, multi-faceted clients, large privately held firms, and highly regulated entities.
• Develop long-term strategic risk management plans that support clients’ operational, financial, and compliance goals.
• Lead high-level client interactions including board presentations, contract negotiations, M&A due diligence, and enterprise risk assessments.
• Oversee multi-line programs (Property & Casualty, Life & Health, and specialty coverages) to ensure comprehensive coverage alignment.
• Act as the final escalation point for major service or claims issues.
