Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial insurance, client advisory, and strategic risk management.
• Executive leadership and advisory experience with high-profile clients.
• Licensing in P&C and Life & Health with advanced certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive advisory for top clients and complex entities.
• Develop long-term strategic risk management plans aligned to client goals.
• Oversee multi-line programs to ensure comprehensive coverage alignment.
• Mentor Client Executives and lead cross-functional teams on high-value engagements.
