Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a seasoned Client Advisory Executive to guide strategic risk management for large, highly regulated clients and private firms.

You will lead multi-line programs, negotiate with carriers, mentor senior managers, and help drive growth while maintaining profitability. This role requires deep P&C and Life & Health expertise, licenses, and a track record of executive-level outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial insurance, client advisory, and strategic risk management.
• Proven success managing large, multi-line, executive-level client accounts.
• Deep expertise in Property & Casualty and Life & Health, including niche markets.
• Extensive carrier relationships and ability to negotiate unique coverage structures.
• Licenses in P&C and Life & Health; advanced certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead executive advisor to the firm’s most high-profile clients and complex engagements.
• Develop long-term strategic risk management plans aligned with clients' goals.
• Lead high-level client interactions including board presentations, negotiations, M&A due diligence, and risk assessments.
• Oversee multi-line programs to ensure comprehensive coverage alignment.
• Act as final escalation point for major service or claims issues.
• Drive growth of assigned accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Mentor senior Client Executives and support internal initiative execution.
