Job summary

Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC in California seeks an experienced Senior Insurance Account Manager to lead a portfolio of complex P&C (and life/health) accounts, delivering strategic client service and risk management.

You will mentor teams, drive renewals, carrier negotiations, and program enhancements, while maintaining AMS360 documentation and contributing to a high-growth insurance brokerage that values collaboration and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of insurance account management experience with a strong P&C track record.
• Experience managing complex, multi-location accounts with minimal supervision.
• Active P&C license; CIC/CRM/CPCU preferred.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and strategic consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationship manager for a portfolio of complex, high-revenue P&C or Life & Health accounts.
• Develop and implement account service strategies tailored to each client’s industry, risk profile, and business goals.
• Manage renewals, marketing to carriers, coverage negotiations, policy audits, and claims advocacy.
• Cultivate trusted advisor status with client executives, advising on risk mitigation and program structure.
• Lead internal servicing teams and coordinate Client Managers, Producers, and support staff for seamless execution.
• Identify opportunities for program enhancements, cross-selling, and coverage optimization.
• Oversee AMS360 documentation for accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Stay updated on insurance trends, legislative developments, and market conditions.
