Job summary

Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to serve a designated book of clients and manage their insurance needs with minimal oversight.

You will lead renewal and remarketing processes, coordinate with carriers for coverage and pricing, provide guidance on gaps and policy structures, oversee onboarding of new accounts, and support junior team members while staying informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance account management.
• Proven ability to manage a book of business and build long-term client relationships.
• Active insurance license(s) in applicable lines (P&C and/or L&H) required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a designated book of clients.
• Lead the renewal and remarketing process, coordinating with carriers to secure optimal coverage and pricing.
• Troubleshoot complex client issues with underwriters and internal teams to resolve problems efficiently.
• Utilize AMS360 to maintain comprehensive, accurate client records and document servicing activities.
• Mentor or support junior account team members as needed.
• Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes impacting clients.
