Job summary

Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a designated client book. You will lead renewals, advise on coverage gaps, and coordinate with carriers to secure optimal terms.

You will also onboard new accounts, analyze underwriting data, and mentor junior staff. The role requires 3–5 years in insurance account management, strong relationship-building skills, and active P&C/L&H licenses.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in insurance account management, preferably P&C and Life & Health.
• Builds long-term client relationships and understands underwriting guidelines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Active licenses in applicable lines (P&C and/or L&H) required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a designated book of clients.
• Lead renewals and remarketing with carriers to secure coverage and pricing.
• Advise clients on coverage gaps, policy structures and decisions.
• Oversee onboarding and analyze underwriting data for new accounts.
• Mentor junior team members and monitor industry trends.
