Job summary

Trucordia seeks an experienced executive to lead client advisory and strategic risk management efforts for its high-profile, multi-line client portfolio in the United States. You will guide board-level interactions, negotiate complex terms, and oversee enterprise risk assessments across Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines.

You will mentor senior Client Executives and drive growth through cross-sell opportunities, while aligning programs with profitability and client value goals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial insurance, client advisory, and strategic risk management.
• Proven success managing large, multi-line, executive-level accounts.
• Deep expertise in Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines, including niche markets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead executive advisor to high-profile clients and regulated entities.
• Develop long-term strategic risk management plans for clients' operations, financials, and compliance.
• Lead high-level client interactions including board presentations and M&A due diligence.
• Oversee multi-line programs to ensure comprehensive coverage alignment.
• Act as final escalation point for major service or claims issues.
• Drive strategic growth of assigned accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Meet revenue targets via client development, planning, and program innovation.
• Collaborate with producers, carriers, and internal teams to structure complex programs.
