Job summary

Alight Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Management to lead strategy, management, and retention of a high-revenue, complex client portfolio. You will foster strategic relationships with clients and brokers, optimizing value from Alight's products and solutions.

Responsibilities include ownership of the Leaves Delivery, developing health-focused client strategies, and collaborating across teams to ensure client success and expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct Client/Broker Relationship management experience or advanced degree equivalent.
• Excellent communication, relationship development, negotiation, and issue resolution with C-Suite Executives and key Client/Broker contacts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience managing pricing and financial models.
• Ability to partner with the Sales/Commercial Team to identify expansion opportunities.
• Experience leading client engagement strategies focused on satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
• Experience in HR services, disability/absence, and healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain meaningful, trusted relationships across internal teams, client stakeholders, and broker consultants.
• Work with Solutions Delivery post-sale to ensure smooth transition from Implementation to Service.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize product, service, and delivery outcomes for client success and retention.
• Advise clients on best practices to increase product adoption and value across solutions.
• Own and execute the Account Health strategy and risk mitigation plans.
• Oversee Leaves Delivery including prioritization, requirements, and end-to-end service delivery.
• Prepare and conduct Quarterly/Annual Client Business Reviews with tailored content.
• Inform clients of legislation changes affecting disability, workers compensation and FMLA management.
• Act as a change agent and pursue continuous improvement ideas.
• Travel for internal/client meetings and industry conferences as needed.
