Job summary

Alight is recruiting a Senior Client Manager to drive results for clients and employees by delivering innovative Financial Services solutions, including managed accounts, online advice, financial planning and overall wellbeing services. You will work with internal teams and partners to implement enhancements and ensure high client satisfaction.

You will lead client engagements, manage service delivery, present new features, and mentor junior staff while ensuring profitability and smooth

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Financial Services/401k benefits
3+ years Project Management experience
3+ years experience managing complex client relationships
3+ years proficient in client consulting skills, driving to best practices
Active FINRA Series 63 or 65 license (or eligible to obtain within 6 months)

Responsibilities

Consult with clients on service features and engagement; provide project leadership for enhancements.
Understand client requirements and advocate for their needs.
Present new product features to current clients.
Oversee client reporting and development of client facing presentations.
Develop strategies to grow utilization and retention of services.
Review and approve client invoices for services.
Represent Alight’s Financial Services products in sales meetings.
Coach and mentor junior team members.
