Job summary

Alight Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Client Manager to drive results for Financial Services clients. You will manage advisory services products, including managed accounts and online planning tools, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to enhance retirement readiness and financial wellbeing.

You will lead client engagements, ensure service quality, and present new features to clients while coordinating testing, reporting, and strategy development for each aligned client.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Financial Services/401k benefits network
• 3+ years project management experience
• 3+ years managing complex client relationships
• 3+ years consulting skills with clients
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; FINRA license or eligible within 6 months

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on service features, utilization, and engagement; lead service enhancements and plan changes.
• Oversee client reporting and develop client-facing presentations.
• Present new product features to current clients and coordinate system testing.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Support client retention and profitability through tailored strategies.
