Job summary

Alight Solutions seeks a Senior Manager, Client Management to lead strategy, management, and retention of a high-revenue, complex client portfolio. Build strategic relationships with clients and brokers to optimize value from Alight's products and solutions.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, managing Leaves Delivery, and conducting Quarterly/Annual Client Business Reviews to align outcomes with client goals, with flexible working arrangements across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct Client/Broker Relationship management experience or advanced degree equivalent.
• Excellent communication, relationship development, negotiation, and issue resolution skills with C‑Suite Executives and key Client/Broker contacts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience managing pricing and financial models.
• Ability to partner with the Sales/Commercial Team to identify expansion opportunities.
• Experience leading innovative client engagement strategies focused on satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
• Experience in HR services, business management, disability/absence, and healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful and trusted relationships across internal teams, customer stakeholders, and key broker consultants.
• Work closely with Solutions Delivery post-sale to ensure a smooth transition from Implementation to Service; advocate for business readiness and client success.
• Persuade, motivate, and inspire action toward outcomes; collaborate cross-functionally to optimize product, service, and delivery for client success and retention.
• Consult with clients regularly on best practices to increase product adoption and maximize value across the client’s solution suite.
• Own the Account Health strategy and delivery for assigned client accounts; monitor retention risk and design/execute success plans to mitigate risk.
• Be the single point of ownership for Leaves Delivery; manage day-to-day delivery including priorities, open items, and end-to-end service.
• Strategize and conduct Quarterly and Annual Client Business Reviews; tailor content for client-focused discussions and align value-driven messaging with goals.
• Inform clients of changes in disability, workers compensation and FMLA legislation.
• Act as change agent; pursue ideas for continuous improvement.
• Travel to attend internal meetings, client meetings, and industry conferences as needed.
