Job summary

Alight Solutions is seeking a Senior Client Manager in Texas to lead participant advisory services and managed accounts within our Financial Services group. You will guide end-to-end delivery, client satisfaction, and service enhancements while coordinating with internal teams and vendor partners.

The role emphasizes client relationships, program leadership, testing, reporting, and strategic growth of retirement and financial wellbeing solutions for aligned clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Financial Services/401k benefits
• 3+ years Project Management experience
• 3+ years managing complex client relationships
• Strong client consulting skills and best practices
• FINRA Series 63 or 65 license required or eligible to obtain within 6 months

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on service features and engagement; provide project leadership for enhancements
• Understand client requirements and advocate for their satisfaction
• Present new features and products to clients
• Conduct testing to support service delivery
• Oversee client reporting and create client-facing presentations
• Develop strategies to market and grow utilization of services
• Maintain client retention plans and profitability margins
• Review and approve client invoices
• Represent Alight’s Financial Services products in sales meetings
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to support services
• Coach and mentor junior team members
