Qualifications

• 7+ years of equivalent experience in a Customer Success/Account Management role.
• Ability to manage a team of Client Executives and drive performance.
• Strong understanding of contracts, renewals, and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-solution integration and single-point accountability across Delivery.
• Lead a portfolio of large, complex client accounts with multiple client teams.
• Identify upsell opportunities and manage renewal processes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Strategic Account Executives on strategic planning.
• Provide financial oversight, pricing alignment, and value assessments.
