Job summary

Alight Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Senior Client Manager to oversee the delivery of participant advisory services and managed accounts for aligned clients.

You will work with internal teams and vendor partners to enhance services, improve retirement readiness, and support overall financial wellbeing for clients. Responsibilities include client satisfaction, service enhancements, and strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Financial Services/401k benefits arena
• 3+ years Project Management experience
• 3+ years experience managing complex client relationships
• Active FINRA Series 63 or 65 license or eligible to obtain within 6 months
• Proven ability to consult with clients and drive best practices
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and AI powered tools

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on service features, utilization, and participant engagement; lead projects for service enhancements and plan changes
• Represent client/provider needs and advocate for customer satisfaction
• Present new product features to current clients and conduct system testing to support service delivery
• Oversee client reporting and develop client-facing presentations
• Develop strategies to market and grow utilization of services and maintain profitability margins
• Review and approve client invoices and manage vendor partnerships
• Coach and mentor junior team members and support peers
