Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Senior Mainframe Systems Programmer specializing in CICS to provide premium support for z/OS and related OEM products. The role requires extensive CICS TS experience and strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team, including on-call and after-hours support.

Responsibilities include handling CSOs, guiding system installations, and supporting migrations while adhering to Ensono standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years experience on the zSeries (mainframe) platform including hands-on experience with CICS TS and OEM product support.
• Strong knowledge of CICS TS concepts, configuration and tailoring.
• Experience with IBM SMP/E.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill CSOs for mainframe z/OS customers related to CICS TS and related OEM software products.
• Provide primary support for reported CICS TS problems and troubleshooting.
