Job summary

CareDx is seeking a Cell Therapy Account Manager to drive adoption and volume growth of the Cell Therapy & Transplant portfolio, focusing on transplant centers, hematology-oncology practices, and academic medical centers. You will educate providers on AlloHeme, support implementation, and drive utilization through strategic account management.

You will collaborate with Clinical Liaisons, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Operations to develop growth strategies, manage contracts, and nurture strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years sales or strategic account management in healthcare.
• Demonstrated ability to sell clinically within hematology-oncology.
• Experience supporting blood and marrow transplant, cell therapy, or CAR-T programs preferred.
• Proven success selling into large academic medical centers, cancer centers, hospitals, and complex healthcare systems.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making with physicians, labs, procurement, and admins.
• Experience with healthcare contracting processes; LSAs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customer needs, workflows, and objectives.
• Educate providers on AlloHeme and CareDx portfolio with clinical discussions.
• Lead onboarding and activation for testing solutions and workflows.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption and growth.
• Support contracting activities and remove barriers to adoption.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical, lab, and administrative stakeholders.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and territory plan.
