Job summary

CareDx is seeking a remote Cell Therapy Account Manager in the United States to drive adoption of the Cell Therapy & Transplant portfolio, focusing on transplant centers and hematology-oncology practices. You will educate clinicians, coordinate onboarding, and manage key relationships to promote AlloHeme adoption and program growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of sales or strategic account management experience in healthcare.
• Experience selling in hematology-oncology; blood and marrow transplant or CAR-T preferred.
• Proven success selling to large academic medical centers and complex healthcare systems.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customer needs and workflows to expand adoption of CareDx Cell Therapy & Transplant solutions.
• Build clinical understanding through scientific discussions with physicians and transplant teams.
• Lead onboarding and activation for AlloHeme and other testing solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Support contracting activities and facilitate LSAs as needed.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and territory plan.
