CareDx is seeking a Cell Therapy Account Manager to drive adoption of the Cell Therapy & Transplant portfolio, focusing on blood and marrow transplant centers, cell therapy programs, hematology-oncology practices, and academic medical centers. You will educate providers on AlloHeme, support implementation, and manage ongoing utilization through strategic account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years sales or strategic account management in healthcare.
• Experience selling into hematology-oncology market and with transplant programs.
• Proven success selling to large academic medical centers and complex healthcare systems.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.

Responsabilités

• Drive adoption and growth of CareDx Cell Therapy & Transplant portfolio.
• Educate providers on clinical value of AlloHeme and related solutions.
• Lead onboarding and implementation planning with customers.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet objectives.
• Support contracting and LSAs with internal teams.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships across organizations.
• Maintain pipeline and forecast opportunities; report progress.
