CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Cell Therapy Account Manager to drive adoption and volume growth of the Cell Therapy & Transplant portfolio, focusing on blood and marrow transplant centers, cell therapy programs, and hematology-oncology practices.

You will educate providers on AlloHeme, support program implementation, and grow utilization through strategic account management. The role requires consultative selling, clinical aptitude, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare organizations with

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years sales or strategic account management in healthcare.
• Proven ability to sell clinically in hematology-oncology markets.
• Experience with blood and marrow transplant, cell therapy, or CAR-T programs preferred.
• Proven success selling into large academic medical centers, cancer centers, hospitals, and complex healthcare systems.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making with physicians, administrators, procurement, and lab leadership.
• Experience with contracting processes; LSAs or related agreements preferred.

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption and market penetration.
• Build clinical understanding of AlloHeme and CareDx portfolio through discussions with key stakeholders.
• Lead account onboarding and activation activities for implementation of AlloHeme testing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions supporting customer success and growth.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecast opportunities, and provide territory updates.
• Engage with clinical liaisons, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Operations to remove adoption barriers.
