Job summary
CareDx, Inc. seeks a Cell Therapy Account Manager to drive adoption and revenue growth for the Cell Therapy & Transplant portfolio, including AlloHeme, across blood and marrow transplant centers, oncology practices, and academic medical centers.
You will educate providers on the clinical value, collaborate with Clinical Liaisons and Medical Affairs, and lead account plans, contracting, and implementation to ensure successful adoption and ongoing utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years sales or strategic account management in healthcare.
- Experience selling in hematology-oncology; transplant or cell therapy preferred.
- Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making in complex systems.
Responsibilities
- Strategic account management to expand adoption of CareDx Cell Therapy & Transplant solutions.
- Educate providers on clinical value of AlloHeme; coordinate with Clinical Liaisons and Medical Affairs.
- Lead onboarding, implementation, and contracting activities with academic centers and hospitals.
- Maintain robust territory plan and forecast opportunities; collaborate across teams.
