Job summary

CareDx is seeking a Cell Therapy Account Manager to drive adoption of the Cell Therapy & Transplant portfolio, focusing on transplant centers, cell therapy programs, and hematology-oncology practices. You will educate providers on AlloHeme, assist with implementation, and manage long-term growth with cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep clinical knowledge, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and national travel. Reports to the National Sales Director, Cell Therapy & Transplant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years sales or strategic account management experience in healthcare.
• Demonstrated ability to sell clinically within hematology-oncology.
• Experience with blood and marrow transplant, cell therapy, or CAR-T programs preferred.
• Proven success selling into large academic medical centers, cancer centers, hospitals, and complex healthcare systems.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making in healthcare.
• Experience with healthcare contracting processes; LSAs or related agreements preferred.
• Strong strategic account management and territory planning skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%+ across a large geographic territory.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customer needs, workflows, and objectives to drive adoption of CareDx Cell Therapy & Transplant solutions.
• Educate providers on clinical value of AlloHeme and related solutions.
• Lead onboarding and activation activities for implementation of testing solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption and growth.
• Support contracting activities and removal of barriers to adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with clinical, lab, and administrative stakeholders.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and territory plan with regular updates.
• Collaborate with Clinical Liaison, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales Ops to deliver customer solutions.
