Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Cell Therapy Account Manager to drive adoption of the Cell Therapy & Transplant portfolio, focusing on hematology-oncology centers, transplant programs, and academic medical centers.

The role involves educating providers on AlloHeme, supporting implementation, and managing ongoing utilization. You will partner with Medical Affairs and Marketing to shape account strategies and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years sales or strategic account management in healthcare.
• Proven ability to sell clinically in hematology-oncology markets.
• Experience with blood and marrow transplant, cell therapy, or CAR‑T programs preferred.
• Proven success selling into large academic medical centers and complex healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customer needs and workflows to drive adoption of CareDx Cell Therapy & Transplant solutions.
• Educate providers on AlloHeme clinical value through scientific discussions with physicians and stakeholders.
• Lead onboarding and implementation of testing solutions, including reporting, logistics, and workflows.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize territory performance and growth.
• Interpret contracting processes and support LSAs and other agreements with internal stakeholders.
• Build strong customer relationships with clinical, laboratory, and administrative stakeholders.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular territory updates.
