Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Cell Therapy Account Manager to drive adoption and volume growth of the Cell Therapy & Transplant portfolio, focusing on transplant centers, cell therapy programs, hematology-oncology practices, and academic medical centers.

You will educate providers on AlloHeme, support implementation, and advance utilization through strategic account management. You will coordinate with Clinical Liaisons, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales Operations to develop and execute

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to sell clinically within hematology-oncology.
• Experience selling to academic medical centers, cancer centers, hospitals, and complex systems.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making with physicians, lab leadership, procurement, and admins.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customer needs and workflows; create account-specific growth strategies.
• Educate physicians and stakeholders on AlloHeme and CareDx portfolio; collaborate with Medical Affairs.
• Lead onboarding and activation activities for AlloHeme testing solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption and growth across territory.
• Support contracting activities and LSAs; remove adoption barriers.
• Build strong relationships with clinical, lab, and administrative stakeholders.
• Maintain robust sales pipeline; forecast opportunities and monitor milestones.
• Collaborate with Clinical Liaison, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Sales Ops.
