Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Capture Manager for DoW/IC/SI to drive large, complex opportunities and help define a repeatable GTM for cybersecurity solutions. You will engage with the sales team, customers, and partners to create mutually beneficial business ideas to achieve target revenue for new business.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, Legal, and Professional Services to close opportunities, incubate GTM approaches, and craft winning responses to RFIs,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Capture experience selling solutions, products, and services.
• Experience selling into major DoW/IC/SI accounts.
• Excellent writing skills and experience responding to large government RFIs/RFPs/BAAs and white papers.
• Proven record of managing and closing large complex deals with software, hardware, and/or services.
• Business development expertise working with sales teams.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Strong presentation skills to sell complex security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with the sales team to generate pipeline and meet revenue goals.
• Meet and exceed assigned pipeline and bookings targets.
• Build relationships with customers and partners at all levels, including C-Level.
• Lead strategic, long-term capture pursuits and forecast with insight and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales Engineering, Legal, and Professional Services to close large opportunities.
• Incubate and pioneer sales GTM approaches and techniques.
• Understand Trellix's security strategy and craft compelling value propositions.
• Create content for RFIs/RFQs/RFPs and white papers to support pipeline generation and GTM success.
• Prepare high-impact presentations representing Trellix to end-users.
