Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Capture Manager for DoW/IC/SI to drive new business for large, complex opportunities and define repeatable GTM strategies for products and services in cybersecurity.

You will collaborate with sales, customers, and partners to create mutually beneficial opportunities, building out pipeline to achieve target revenue. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic capture pursuits, and strong writing and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Capture experience selling solutions, products, and services.
• Excellent writing skills for RFI/RFP/BAA responses and white papers.
• Strong leadership and accountability for your Capture pipeline.
• Excellent customer focus with attention to detail in a dynamic sales org.
• Experience selling into major DoW/IC/SI accounts.
• Proven record of closing large complex deals involving software, hardware or services.

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline to meet revenue goals in coordination with sales and partners.
• Meet and exceed pipeline and bookings targets.
• Build relationships with customers and partners at all levels, including C-level executives.
• Lead long-term capture pursuits with accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales Engineering, Legal, and Services to close large opportunities.
• Develop and execute GTM approaches and capture strategies for security solutions.
