Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Capture Manager for DoW/IC/SI to develop and secure large, complex cybersecurity opportunities. You’ll work with sales, customers, and partners to create mutually beneficial ideas and drive revenue from new business.

You will lead capture programs, build relationships at all levels, and collaborate with product, legal, and services teams to close deals. A U.S. citizen with proven writing and presentation skills is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Capture experience selling solutions, products, and services.
• Experience selling into major DoW/IC/SI accounts.
• Excellent writing skills with experience responding to large government RFIs/RFPs/BAAs and white papers.
• Excellent track record of managing and closing large complex deals with software/hardware solutions and/or services.
• Business development experience working with sales teams.
• U.S. citizen.
• Strong presentation skills to sell complex security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline in coordination with the sales team to meet revenue goals.
• Meet and exceed assigned pipeline and bookings targets.
• Build relationships within customers and partners at all levels, including C‑Level.
• Lead strategic, long-term capture pursuits and forecast with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales Engineering, Legal, and other groups to close large opportunities.
• Incubate and pioneer GTM approaches and techniques for security solutions.
• Understand Trellix's security strategy and market environment.
• Create high-impact RFI/RFP/BAA responses and white papers to support pipeline generation.
• Create compelling presentations to communicate Trellix value to end-users.
