Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth for Mobile Financial Services across North America. The role emphasizes creating opportunities, opening new accounts, and closing high-value deals with strategic partners in digital financial infrastructure.

You will report to the MFS Head of Market Development – Americas. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, build a strong pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and win

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in Mobile Financial Services, fintech or payments.
• Track record of new business acquisition and revenue growth in outbound sales.
• Ability to close complex, high-value deals and engage executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business across target markets in the US and key segments.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close and handover to delivery.
• Develop compelling business cases and commercial proposals that articulate outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders across business and technology.
• Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance to shape and win deals.
• Represent Ericsson at industry events and client engagements.
