Job summary

Ericsson is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in North America for Mobile Financial Services. The role focuses on creating opportunities, opening new accounts, and closing complex multi-million-dollar platform or services engagements, reporting to the MFS Head of Market Development – Americas.

You will manage a self-sourced pipeline, collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance teams, and represent Ericsson at key events

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in fintech/payments.
• Experience selling Mobile Financial Services and digital wallets.
• Proven track record of new business acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business across USA and target segments.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close and handover to delivery.
• Develop compelling business cases and commercial proposals with clear customer outcomes.
• Build relationships with C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams to win deals.
• Maintain high-quality pipeline, qualification, and CRM forecasting.
