Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional accounts focused on a major global brand owner in personal care. You will manage key relationships, develop annual sales plans, and leverage Dow’s portfolio to uncover opportunities, working closely with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate negotiations, and drive price changes while delivering growth across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above a US E5 or Canadian rank.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX.
• Use CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Drive growth including cross‑business opportunities.
• Articulate short vs long‑term trade-offs for win strategies.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
