Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional accounts across multiple U.S. locations, with possible global negotiations. You will craft and execute sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and work with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong opportunity pipeline.

Responsibilities include leading negotiations, pricing changes, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver growth, while mentoring junior staff and managing stakeholder relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence (U.S. E5 or Canadian rank).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsabilidades

• Manage regional and cross-business accounts for a key global brand owner in personal care.
• Develop and deliver annual sales plan; understand Dow’s portfolio to identify opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with TS&D and Marketing to build a pipeline of opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes; manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
• Utilize CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level; drive growth cross-business opportunities.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
