Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships for a key global brand owner in personal care. The role involves developing and executing annual sales plans, leveraging Dow’s portfolio, and collaborating with TS&D and Marketing to create a robust pipeline.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and conduct negotiations.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional and cross-business relationship with a global brand owner in personal care.
• Develop and deliver annual sales plans and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a pipeline.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate negotiations and price changes.
• Utilize CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level and drive growth opportunities.
• Coach and mentor junior employees while balancing short- and long-term trade-offs.
