Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-business relationships for a global brand owner in personal care. The role supports multiple locations, with virtual East Coast options and potential travel.

You will develop and deliver annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline of opportunities while guiding cross-functional teams to achieve growth.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or relevant military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
• A minimum requirement for these U.S. based positions is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio - prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan, delivering both value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Lead/conduct negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other function(s) stakeholders to deliver improving CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at “expert” level.
• Deliver growth, including cross business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs and is able to articulate them for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
