Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive bookkeeping experience.
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of core bookkeeping principles and internal controls.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive reconciliations: bank, credit card, and loan statements; resolve discrepancies.
• General ledger maintenance: journal entries, fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules.
• Advanced AP/AR: vendor payments, AR aging, collections workflows.
• Payroll execution: regular processing, accurate calculations, tax filings assistance.
• Account autonomy: manage multiple client accounts independently.
