Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, internal controls, and corporate accounting practices.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace required.

Responsibilities

• Perform full monthly bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations.
• Post standard and adjusting journal entries; maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation.
• Manage client vendor payments, AR aging analysis, and collections workflows.
• Process payroll cycles with accuracy and assist with year-end filings.
• Maintain independent records for multiple client accounts with minimal oversight.
