Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive bookkeeping experience.
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of core bookkeeping principles and internal controls.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and practical familiarity with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Perform full monthly bank, credit card, and loan statement reconciliations.
• Prepare and post standard and adjusting journal entries; maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, oversee aging analysis, and execute collections workflows.
• Handle regular payroll processing cycles and assist with year-end payroll tax filings.
• Maintain timely, precise records for multiple client accounts with minimal oversight.
