• Minimum 3 years of progressive bookkeeping experience.
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of core bookkeeping principles and internal controls.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace with strong accounting acumen.

Responsibilities

• Perform full monthly bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and fixed assets depreciation.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and collections workflows.
• Execute payroll processing cycles with accurate calculations and year-end filings.
• Provide quality assurance on client ledger entries and oversee data accuracy.
