Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive bookkeeping experience.
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of core bookkeeping principles and internal controls.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online; familiar with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Perform full monthly bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger, post journal entries, and manage fixed asset registers.
• Oversee AP/AR, vendor payments, AR aging, and collections workflows.
• Execute regular payroll processing and assist with payroll tax filings.
• Maintain accurate records for multiple client accounts with minimal supervision.
• Review accounting entries prepared by junior staff to ensure accuracy.
