Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive, hands-on bookkeeping experience.
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of core bookkeeping principles and internal controls.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and familiarity with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Perform full monthly bank, credit card, and loan statement reconciliations.
• Prepare and post standard and adjusting journal entries; maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
• Manage client vendor payments and accounts receivable; execute collections workflows.
